ASBdb update 2019 + ASB Telegram group!

You can now add a profile on your page or your Pokémon's pages! I tried to make the BBCode as accurate to the forums' BBCode as possible. It also supports Markdown if... anyone other than me... wants that??
This has been the case for a while but the site uses HTTPS now, so nobody can spy on your very important ASB browsing activity

I upgraded various libraries the site relies on, since it had been, uh, a few years

SO yeah let me know if anything's off, that last one especially may have had some effects I didn't catch. Hopefully not? But maybe.
