Requires an action to charge. Can be used in one action for 3% extra energy.
The user forms a contained Solar Beam at the tip of its petal, then swings it like a blade. This move is subject to the same climatic trappings as Solar Beam, in that it normally requires a significant amount of time and/or energy to be unleashed, but can be performed more freely in the light of a Sunny Day -- although rough weather such as Rain Dance will cut down on the move's power instead.
When this attack is used within a single action, some referees will make it so it still will only cause damage after charging somewhat; this can cause the attack to go off at a lower priority, or as the last move within its priority bracket.
