Dives underwater, dodging most moves, then hits. Costs 3% extra energy to do both in one action.
This move only works if there is standing water of at least three meters deep in the user's vicinity; sometimes more is needed, depending on how large the user is. The user leaps up and then quickly dives down in the water, then comes shooting up from below to slam into its opponent in a burst of water. Alternatively, the Pokémon may be commanded to stay underwater for an extended period of time while performing actions before resurfacing--although this is not recommended for species without gills!
When this attack is used within a single action, some referees will make it so it still will only cause damage after "charging" somewhat; this can cause the attack to go off at a lower priority, or as the last move within its priority bracket.
