Summary: Protects against sound moves.

Description

This Pokémon, whether through making a constant ruckus of its own or by intentionally blocking out all sound from its environment, is unable to hear and be affected by any attacks that require sound in order to work.

Heal Bell, Howl, Roar of Time, Sonic Boom, Synchronoise, and Yawn, while all involving sound, are not affected by this ability — the Pokémon will selectively listen to Heal Bell, and the others work by some means other than the noise itself.
